My Story

As a young girl, I was always a dreamer. I envisioned a life of purpose, one where I could make a difference in the world. When it came time to choose a career, though, I went the “safe” route. I earned a degree in chemical engineering and found myself working in the pharmaceutical industry. I loved knowing that my work could help people, and I thrived on leading teams, mentoring others, and guiding them toward their own success.

But despite the highlights, there were aspects of the corporate world that weighed on me. The demanding environment, the constant struggle of being one of the few who looked like me at the table, and the reality of building someone else’s dream instead of my own—it all began to take its toll. Still, I persisted. I worked hard, rose through the ranks, and managed teams as large as 20 people. On paper, I had “made it.” But inside, I knew I wasn’t living the life I truly wanted.

Everything changed in late 2021 when I received a startling cancer diagnosis. That moment forced me to pause, reflect, and reevaluate what truly mattered. My family, my peace, my sanity—these became my non-negotiables. I realized I could no longer afford to stay in toxic environments or put my dreams on the back burner for a “safe” career. The experience also reminded me that tomorrow isn’t promised, and I needed to start living the life I’d always dreamed of today.

Meanwhile, something incredible happened: Plexus found me. What started as a health and wellness journey quickly turned into something much bigger. It reignited my passion for leadership and helped me dream again. Over time, I saw how this opportunity could transform not only my life but the lives of others.

It’s funny how life has come full circle. Today, I find myself not only helping people advocate for themselves in their wellness journeys and professional careers but also empowering aspiring entrepreneurs who are ready to change the game and prioritize their dreams. This work combines everything I love: leadership, coaching, and helping others step into the lives they’ve always wanted.

You’ve found me here for a reason. Maybe, just maybe, my journey resonates with your own aspirations. If you’re ready to start building the life you’ve always wanted—or if you’re seeking inspiration to take charge of your health—I’m here to help you make it happen.
